We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of town. The location in front of the Sapa station made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, with modern and clean rooms that had comfortable large beds. The staff were super friendly and worked very hard to make us feel comfortable. They helped us with recommendations for places to visit and even booked a private car for us. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed watching the free shows at the nearby amphitheater.

It was worth its 4 stars. Absolutely great position along with helpfull staff are the reasons we loved it. The family suite overlooked the street.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was impressed by its central location right in the heart of town. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the night bazaar, street vendors, and a multitude of restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The room itself was modern and clean, with a spacious and comfortable layout. I loved the large beds and the balcony where I could soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the city below. The staff were friendly and provided great advice on local restaurants and activities. They even helped me book a private car for a day trip and assisted with communication when I got lost while trekking. Their service truly made my stay here a fantastic experience.

There was construction work going on outside the hotel which made it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the weekend crowds were overwhelming and made the area busy and overcrowded.

bb hotel sapa was a great find during our overnight stay in sa pa. their friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome, even checking us in early and providing a late check out. the hotel's prime location, close to restaurants and shops, was a bonus. definitely exceeded our expectations!

Stayed at this hotel during a business trip and I must say, I was impressed! The coffee served was exceptional and the staff were always accommodating and friendly. Their pizza tasted amazing and was worth the try. The location was key as it was situated in a great spot with easy accessibility to nearby amenities. Additionally, the hotel provided complementary treats which was a nice touch.

One minor issue was the maintenance in the room could have been better. Also, the noise level from the hustle of the town could get slightly annoying, especially at night.

Helpful and efficient service at Bb Hotel. When it started pouring rain, the receptionist kindly allowed us to store our luggage. She even went out of her way to find us ponchos when we needed them. The hotel is newly decorated with a vibrant atmosphere, including a lively sky bar. The staff provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Despite the busy weekends, our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel.
